Four Instagram posts, in the order they should go out
Each one is a five-second square video (1080×1080, MP4) with the animation built in, plus a still if a single image suits better. Captions are underneath, ready to copy.
Saving these on a phone
Tap Download video under a post.
iPhone: it opens in a new tab — tap the share icon, then Save to Photos. Android: it saves straight to Downloads and appears in Photos.
Open Instagram, new post, pick it from the camera roll, and paste the caption.
Post them as normal feed posts rather than Reels, so they stay square. Instagram keeps the animation — these are real video files.
Pacing: post 1 on its own, then the three case-study posts a day or two apart. Post 1 is also the one to share from a personal account.
Post 1 · the introduction
I’m Fred. I build the websites.
Post this one first, and share it from your personal account too.
Hello. I'm Fred, one half of Baggs & Flynn.
Jay and I build websites for small businesses. Two people, no account managers, no ticket queue. If something breaks you get one of us, usually within the hour.
I'm a researcher by training, currently doing a PhD at Swansea on sea turtle nests, and it shows in how I work. I measure things. No site goes live until it is genuinely fast, works properly on a phone, and is accessible to people who need it to be.
We are a bit different to the platforms. You do not build it yourself in your evenings, you do not pay a fee that creeps up every year, and it does not look like every other template. It is designed for your business, by two people whose names are on it.
Most of our work at the moment is with clinics and independent practices. If that is you, or you just want to know what your site could look like, say hello.#smallbusinessuk #webdesign #Swansea #SouthWales #privatepractice #designstudio
Post 2 · the work
A site for an osteopath who does two different jobs
Felix is an osteopath in Brighton and Lewes, and he really does two different jobs. Hands-on treatment for a recent injury, and coaching for pain that has stuck around for months.
That's a hard thing to put on a homepage, and he'd already worked out why: people arrive not knowing which of the two they need. Most clinic sites answer that with a row of three identical cards and hope everyone picks right.
Between us we made the choice a physical object instead. Two doors either side of one seam, and the one you lean toward takes space from the other. Choosing feels like choosing.
We had it as the landing page at first. Felix said it split the page before anyone had been told anything, and he was right — so the homepage is now one photograph and one line, and the doors come further down, where the road actually forks.
Built in Astro, hosted on Cloudflare, no monthly CMS fee attached to it.
If you run a clinic and your site can't explain what makes your practice different, that's the bit we work out with you.#webdesign #casestudy #osteopathy #physiotherapy #clinicowner #privatepractice #Brighton #smallbusinessuk
People assume the ideas come from the designers. On this one the idea came from Felix.
He kept describing the same thing in different ways: patients arrive not knowing whether they need hands-on treatment for something recent, or coaching for pain that has stuck around. Once you've heard him say it three times, the whole site is obviously about answering that one question.
Our job was to find the shape for it. Not a row of cards — a physical choice. Two doors, one seam, and the door you lean toward takes space from the other.
Then he made it better. Our first version put the doors on the landing page, and he said it split the page before anyone had been told anything. He was right. The homepage is now one photograph and one line, and the fork comes where the road actually forks.
That's the job, really. You know your practice better than any designer ever will. We find the shape.#webdesign #brandidentity #designstudio #privatepractice #clinicmarketing #osteopathy #physio #chiropractic
The question we get after a case study is always the same one, so here it is up front. What you're choosing is how much of us you get.
Autopilot, £19 a month. You send a link, a screenshot or a description — that's the whole brief — and our build system does the work. One of us still checks every site before it goes live. Best for something sharp up to about five pages.
Subscribe, £39 a month. Both of us, by hand. Designed for your practice rather than picked from a template, all the words written for you, perfect Lighthouse scores, hosting and backups handled. The £39 doesn't creep up at renewal.
Platinum, £89 a month. Online booking and card payments are included, along with every other extra we offer. Unlimited requests, one at a time, done the same or next working day. One of us is yours by name, on a mobile number that rings. Six clients at a time, because there are only two of us.
Own it. Everything in Subscribe, and the code, the content and the domain are yours outright. Priced per project, and you get the real number on the first call.
Nothing upfront on any of them. Three-month minimum on Autopilot and Subscribe; Platinum has no minimum at all.
And to answer the thing every clinic owner asks first: we're not asking you to move off your practice management software. Keep it. We build the layer in front of it, so the people who find you actually get as far as booking.
On Squarespace or Wix now? Send us your latest bill and your first year with us is 10% under it.
